Mr. Floyd, a retired United States Army officer, is a Senior Executive Consultant with more than 30 years experience in representing businesses before the US Departments of State, Defense, Homeland Security, and the US Congress. Mr. Floyd further consults with minority, service disabled, and other small business on federal government contracts, including international business opportunities for US firms on large Federal government contracts.
Chuck Floyd served as a political appointee in the US Department of State under President George W. Bush. Mr. Floyd was a GOP candidate in 2004 for US Congress from Maryland's Congressional District 8. He was also a GOP candidate in 2006 for County Executive in Montgomery County Maryland. The Washington Times reported on Mr. Floyd's campaign with an endorsement: "Chuck Floyd isn't just any ordinary candidate. He is someone with a compelling personal story and a remarkable ability to articulate his principles."
Chuck Floyd earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Richmond, the US Army Command & General Staff College. He has further earned two successive Master Degrees in business administration.

Ruth Melson has spent her career in the Washington Metro area private sector, including an architectural-engineering-planning firm and a banking industry corporation's Resolutions and Receiverships Division, Government Affairs Office.
Ms. Melson currently serves as President of the Montgomery County Federation of Republican Women and President of Rock Creek Women's Republican Club.
Ms. Melson served as: Montgomery County Republican Party's Legislative Chair, District 16; Republican Chief Election Judge in Montgomery County; Co-Chair of the Montgomery County Republican Party Convention in 2007; and Chair of the Republican Tent at the Montgomery County Fair, 2009.
Ms. Melson has been an activist in the Maryland Republican Party working for the 2002, 2006 and 2010 Ehrlich for Maryland Governor Campaigns and the 2006 Steele Campaign for U.S. Senate. She was closely involved in the 2008 McCain/Palin, 2009 McDonnell for Governor VA, 2010 Rutledge for U. S. Senate, and Thomas for U.S. Congress from MD Congressional 8th District. Ms. Melson assisted George W. Bush's 2004 Inaugural Candlelight Dinner at Union Station.
Ms. Melson was awarded in 2007 the "Montgomery County Republican Woman of the Year" by the Montgomery County Maryland Republican Party.

The Honorable Rick Hansen currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Montgomery County Maryland Republican Party Central Committee representing Maryland's Legislative District 16. He also serves on the Board of Constitutional Conservatives for Maryland.

Rick Hansen, a military officer and veteran, successively founded and operated several companies providing information technology, innovation and business process consulting services to commercial and government contractors.
Rick Hansen earned a Bachelor Degree in Engineering Sciences from Capitol College, Maryland and a Master Degree in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University. He is active in supporting the American Legion as well as the Patriot Guard which honors deceased veterans and their families.
Linda Sillin, Vice President
Linda Sillin is an entrepreneur, experienced in media training and corporate communications, with extensive radio and television experience. She has founded and led, first Vocal Dynamics, Inc. and currently Sillin & Associates LLC, providing marketing, advertising, media training and executive presentation consulting services to Fortune 500 corporations, foundations and nonprofits. She started her career as a reporter, producer, editor and host, at WCLG Radio, WTOP Radio, PBS and the Mutual Broadcasting System.
Ms. Sillin has been an activist and fundraiser in the Maryland Republican Party and is a member of the Potomac Women's Republican Club. She served as the Montgomery County Maryland Director for the 2010 Rutledge for US Senate Campaign.
Ms. Sillin is a graduate of West Virginia University.

For the last thirty-four years Suzanne Drozdik has practiced as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), employed by Fairfax Anesthesiology Associates at Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. Prior to becoming a CRNA, as an RN, she was evening charge nurse at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.
Ms. Drozdik worked for - in 2010 - the Rutledge for US Senate campaign, Thomas for US Congress Campaign, and Ehrlich for Governor Campaign. She is currently a member of the Rock Creek Women's Republican Club.
She is a graduate of Fairfax Hospital School of Nursing Anesthesia and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing Anesthesia from George Washington University School of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

Jim Jamitis worked as an engineer for the Federal Aviation Administration for fifteen years prior to embarking on a second career as a graphic and web designer. He is now the owner/operator of Forge Five Visual Solutions which specializes in logo design and branding, web site design, print design, and video production for small businesses and Republican and conservative organizations
In 2010, Mr. Jamitis volunteered as social media director for the Rutledge for U.S. Senate campaign and is now one of the organizers of the Maryland Conservative Action Network. More recently he has been producing online videos in support of Daniel Bongino's campaign for U.S. Senate.
Mr. Jamitis holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech and a degree in graphic design from Kaplan University. An advocate of social media for marketing and networking, he is an avid Twitter user with a network of more than 3,500 followers.

Charles Lollar, a decorated combat veteran, is an active duty officer serving as Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserves.
Charles Lollar formerly served as General Manager for CINTAS, a facilities services corporation, where he oversees 170 employees and $23 million in sales. Lollar is also the immediate past Maryland State Director of Americans for Prosperity (AFP).
He also serves on the Board of Directors of Maryland Taxpayers Association, Harbour League, Second Genesis. Previously, Mr. Lollar served as the Chairman of the Maryland Taxpayers Commission. He also served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce.
