Universal Access to Affordable Health Care
Regulatory reform to ensure universal access to affordable private health care, including, but not limited to:
- Inter-State Competition in private health insurance programs
- Medical Malpractice Tort Reform
- Small Business tax credit for provision of health insurance for full and part time employees
- Health Insurance Exchange administered through Professional and Trade Associations
- Regulatory reform in enforcement of anti-trust laws against price fixing and monopoly pricing
- Regulatory reform of delivery of health care to the indigent and payment to providers of Medicaid related services

Secondary School public education is an essential state government service
Small Class Size
Spending cuts in School Administration operations and earmark of funds to lower class size and investment in technology and equipment in schools
Flexible Curriculum Development
Greater flexibility to School principals in curriculum development and testing standards
Pay for Performance not Seniority
Teacher pay based on performance and not seniority, hiring of teachers based on subject matter expertise and College Transcript and not teacher license enforcement
Charter Schools in High Risk Areas
Transitioning of schools failing under No Child Left Behind to Charter Schools and expansion of Charter Schools in high-risk areas
Vouchers and Tax Credits to Parents
Means-tested award of vouchers and/or tax credits to parents of home-schooled children and children attending religious schools
Lawful Status of Parents Verified at Enrollment
Strict enforcement of legal immigration laws in school enrollment
Privatize Post-Secondary Education
- Limit the role of public dollars in post-secondary education
